Lavalier COUNTRYMAN B6

Countryman B6 is certainly to date the smallest Lavalier microphone on the market: the body is hardly larger than the wire. It is built on the same process as some of its competitors set off on drive to miniaturization: the side capsule is set lengthwise, whereas wave input is frontal through tube end.
